A natural born leader, mentor, and speaker, Karina thrives on making a positive impact and helping others, particularly women, navigate their fitness and personal growth journeys. Her role as a mentor and her engagements as a speaker at various events underscore her commitment to empowering women. This dedication has earned her the respect and trust of hundreds of clients as well as her peers in the fitness community.

Erik Beza

As a cybersecurity engineer, devoted father, and Marine Corps veteran, Coach Erik brings a unique perspective and a diverse set of skills to his multifaceted life. He has a passion for outdoor adventures, obstacle course races and bodybuilding. Beyond his dedication to personal growth, he's a dedicated coach, guiding clients through physical and mental transformations for over five years. He uses science, discipline, and a touch of humor to juggle the demands of family life with the rigors of competition, embodying resilience, determination and a passion for leading by example. 

Leni Beza

Is a lover of her space and quiet time, cherishing moments of book reading and coffee sipping. Alongside this, she is passionate about coaching clients in bodybuilding, using her expertise to help them achieve confidence and success in their fitness journeys. As a devoted mother, Marine Corps veteran, bodybuilding competitor, bookworm, and loving wife, she balances multiple roles with grace, resilience, and unwavering support. A silent killer, she outworks everyone in the room without saying a word.
